1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the PureClean Canada website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Services

PureClean Canada provides residential and commercial cleaning services as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

2.1 Service Booking

When you book a cleaning service with us, you are entering into a service agreement. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking our services, including details about the space to be cleaned and any specific requirements.

2.2 Service Access

You are responsible for ensuring our cleaning team has proper access to the premises at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the premises, you may be charged a cancellation fee as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for our cleaning services is provided on our website or through personalized quotes. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect already confirmed bookings.

3.1 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods as specified on our website. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

3.2 Invoicing

For recurring services, invoices will be sent according to the agreed schedule. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund of any prepaid amounts.
  • Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

To reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best cleaning results, customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about the space to be cleaned
  • Removing valuable or fragile items from cleaning areas
  • Securing pets during the cleaning service
  • Informing us of any special instructions or areas that require particular attention
  • Ensuring our team has proper access to the premises

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence in our cleaning services, PureClean Canada shall not be liable for:

  • Damage to items that were not properly secured or that were already damaged
  • Normal wear and tear to surfaces that cannot be cleaned to a satisfactory condition due to their deteriorated state
  • Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific cleaning service in question.

7. Insurance and Bonding

PureClean Canada is fully insured and bonded. Our cleaning professionals undergo thorough background checks. In the rare event of damage caused by our staff, please report it within 24 hours of service completion.

8. Website Usage

8.1 Intellectual Property

All content on the PureClean Canada website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PureClean Canada or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

8.2 Restrictions on Use

You may not:

  • Modify, reproduce, or distribute the content on our website without our written permission
  • Use our website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our website
  • Collect or harvest any information from our website, including email addresses

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms of Service shall be resolved through:
